NEWS UPDATE - JULY 2026

RWANDA ROUND-UP

Thank you for all your prayers and interactions during our time away in Rwanda. Our days were full of God’s amazing work; in the intention, in the people, in the landscape - wherever we looked we could see His presence.

We were driven on some of the worst roads to remote villages. We have danced with awesome women from lots of parishes, doing amazing work in women’s prayer groups, and saving and loans groups.

We oohed and ahhhed over pigs and their piglets, tripped over tethered goats and petted cows with the biggest, brownest eyes.

We watched, mesmerised, as polystyrene drones were launched to all corners of Rwanda, carrying life saving drugs and blood.

It has been an amazing month, long work days, lots of meetings, reflections and wordy blog and Facebook posts, but we would not change a thing. We have learnt so much about the changing face of Rwanda, its fast growing economy and the future it hopes to achieve.

We arrived home, with ideas and a shopping list which over the next few months we will be sharing with you, our supporters, and hoping that God will guide us to fulfil the needs of the least, the last and the lost in Rwanda, so that they do not get left behind in the changing economical landscape of the country.
