Wivine comes from a very poor family, who struggle to meet the basic family needs. Making it difficult for Wivine to go to school regularly. Wivine is a cheerful, healthy child. Her favourite colour is yellow and her favourite school subject is Kinyarwanda (the traditional language spoken in Rwanda). She is a confident swimmer and regularly swims in Lake Kivu. She hopes to become a doctor when she is older.
Sponsorship will give the family hope and Wivine a bright future.

Once you have signed up to sponsor a child, we will send you more information about the child, the area they live and go to school in and how to correspond with them. Many of our supporters want to know how they can give more support and we will outline this as well, although there is absolutely no obligation to do so and we won't keep asking you.
