Safina lives with her mother and 3 siblings. She is a healthy, active and smart girl. Since the death of her father from diabetes in 2024 she has been forced to drop out of school as her mother cannot afford her school fees.
Safina completed her primary education with the support of her headteacher and she achieved a good grade, but has no hope of studying at senior level and is currently working as a maid.
Safina would like to become a medical worker but without support she has a bleak future.

Once you have signed up to sponsor a child, we will send you more information about the child, the area they live and go to school in and how to correspond with them. Many of our supporters want to know how they can give more support and we will outline this as well, although there is absolutely no obligation to do so and we won't keep asking you.
