The container for Kigali arrived some time ago and cleared customs back in June. The computers that were impounded because of a change in the import restrictions on second hand computers have been released and handed over the Church. The computers that were alrady loaded into the Rwanda II container have been removed and stored in our warehouse. Pray that we might be able to obtain permission to send computers in the very near future.

Kijjabwemi ContainerThe container for Kijjabwemi has now arrived at the School We were concerned when it was impounded in Mombassa (and we were given a $500 "fine"), but thankful that the hold-up was only temporary. Now that it has arrived we have the "happiest children in Uganda" according to Pastor Eriab. The photos to the right show the "Ray of Hope" sponsored children having a party at the school once the container was opened. They are wearing the bright red T-Shirts donated by Leukaemia Research. Many thanks to them and to the many others who contributed to the contents of the container and to the cost of shipping.
